Back then I never thought Gun control would be a problem in this state.

I now have a racist, idiot for Governor.

I wonder if another event will happen to distract the media from the most recent batch of Clinton Scandals?

• A big crime event
• A terror attack somewhere 
• A Halloween tragedy with children
• A video of something strange

 Basically, something to distract fools while they make the elephant disappear.

Fools

What asswipes like this do not realize is that guns are not made to murder people, they are made to defend people. It is why the police carry them. It is why people carry them. Over 300,000,000 guns were not used to murder anyone yesterday.

Political Ads

Maryland is full of politicians that are running for congress by saying they are for an ban on Assault Weapons.

Sheesh.

They don't remember we tried that and it didn't help.

Sales of AR-15s skyrocketed after the ban expired. Crime has fallen at the same time.

I am not saying crime has fallen because of these sales. I am saying that they did NOT cause blood in the streets.

Stupid.

--It makes me tired.

Tax Time

I don't need to remind anyone that it is tax time.

This year I paid more in taxes than any time ever in my life. This was because of book royalties plus my wife and I both have terrific jobs. We work really hard for the money we make.

I had to actually hire an account to do our taxes this year. There are so many esoteric rules it is easy to make mistakes. I am glad I did.

Looking at this giant amount I have to pay in taxes it really pisses me off that I am paying for so many things that are pure bullshit. I won't even list the bullshit. It would take too long.

The point is, pay the taxes or men with guns will come for you. Pay them. But know what you are paying for.  Pay them, even if you throw up in your mouth a little. Pay them, then vote. Pay them, and demand smaller government.

--Pay or else.

Cruz Takes Iowa

I'm glad Ted Cruz took the Iowa Caucus last night. I don't agree with Cruz on every position but he would get my vote.

Trump came in second and Rubio was only one percent behind Trump.

The lesser candidates are starting to drop off. Their votes are going to likely go to Cruz or Rubio.

Both Rubio and Cruz have a better history of supporting gun rights.

--On to New Hampshire. Happy Groundhogs day!

Governor Just Kiddin,,,

Gov. Terry McAuliffe and Republican leaders announced Friday they have reached a deal on Virginia’s gun regulations in a surprising moment of compromise on an issue that had threatened to poison the remainder of the governor’s term in office.

McAuliffe agreed to legislation that says the state must recognize concealed-handgun permits from nearly all states, reversal of Attorney General Mark R. Herring’s decision last month to sever the reciprocity rights of gun owners in 25 states.

--I knew it would not stand. I didn't expect it to cave so fast.

This is perfect.

Emotions vs Facts

The President gave another big speech about gun control.

It was a total emotional case because they know the facts do not follow they case.

They want to add everyone on the terror watch list to the no-buy list. No mention was made regarding the desire of some to label all NRA members as terrorists.

The facts are that gun violence and crime in general has been falling for decades. This is happening even though gun sales have skyrocketed. It also does not help their case because areas with concealed carry and the least gun control have very low crime.

--So they beg to think of the children.

Cruz vs The Morons

Don't you just love it when nimrods that know absolutely nothing about the simplest firearm on the market.

A break action shotgun has few moving parts and a very simple action.

Apparently it has more moving parts than some ijits mouse finger in order to do a bit a fact finding before making a fool of themselves.

--Good times. If Ted gets the nomination, he has my vote.
