I was reading my daily Groupon and saw this:
"Though the "noble experiment" of Prohibition failed, other noble
experiments, such as teaching horses how to shoot guns and giving
suffrage to any horse that could shoot a gun, were huge successes.
Celebrate the failure of the 18th Amendment with... "
I read this and had an instant WTF reaction.
So I fired up Google and only found info on how to shoot a horse if it need to be put down and training a horse not to freak out if you shoot guns while mounted. A task that is more difficult than I thought.
--What the hell is Groupon talking about?

My immediate guess would be satire; i.e. - "Prohibition was such a failure that, in comparison, teaching horses to shoot was a rousing success."
