5 Guns

5 Guns I will never own?  Hmmmm.  Ok, I'll play too.
  1. Full Auto, belt fed, M60
  2. M1918 Browning Automatic Rifle, BAR.
  3. Double Barrel 1911.
  4. Hi Point Carbine in any caliber.
  5. Any Pink Firearm.
--This list is way longer.

Heh, and the reasoning on the full autos is ammo considerations, right?

First it is cost. $30k just for the gun. Ammo flow at $100 per second is kinda nuts.

I want a reliable full-auto .22LR!

What do you have against the M60?

I'd Love an M60. They are so very expensive and eat 7.62 like crazy. $20 per burst.

Ah, ok. That I can work with. Just wanted to make sure that you weren't an M60 "hater" like so many others out there.

They aren't cheap to feed, but come the revolution, bay-bee...

I have to ask the following

No BAR? That surprises me, is it just ammo cost?

Why the hi point carbine hate? by all means to each their own, but the little 4595 I have is awfully nice for the pittance I paid for it. Once you remove most of the tarting up, its not a horrible little PCC

BAR is just about cost. $30k just for the gun.

The high point is because I have shot them and the are jam fests with the worst trigger ever made.

will agree the trigger is awful to start, but really easy to clean up.

So far mines not jammed up once, but its still pretty new, only about 4-500 rounds through it. My understanding is the aftermarket mags available have a horrible carrier that can cause several issues.
