It is my understanding the Gunrunner was started under W to deal with gun violence part of the cartel escalations. The Fast and Furious operation, part of Gunrunner, was the bright idea to actually have the Feds smuggle guns into Mexico to cause havoc. The video mentions Gunrunner, not Fast and Furious, so... not the smoking gun vid of culpability.
Yep, he knew, but the Lamestream Media will not go after Barry like they did with Nixon and Reagan (Iran-Contra). Just look at all the Hate they raised against Ken Starr for doing his job in the Billary Days.
The only way this will touch Barry is if he is dumb enough to brag about how much he knew in front of an Open mic, and he probably won't get in trouble for it.

This was done from the Whitehouse. 2009 time frame. It implies the President was being kept informed in detail.
