I'll be interested to see some functional reviews of this - it looks like it has some potential. Enough to knock Savage on the budget precision rifle? Maybe, since it'll feed from STANAG mags...

I like the idea, but I can't get over the fact that an AR-15 would fit this niche better.

Then, last night I had an epiphany... This could be easily rebarreled at home to one of the big bore AR chamberings. Like .50 Beowulf, .458 SOCOM, and .450 Bushmaster... 16" barrel, lightweight stock, and 10 round mags.

THAT trips my trigger.
