I have always been a Remington 870 or Mossberg 500 guy when it came to pump action 12 gauge shotguns. Classic, simple, proven, designs that have stood the test of time.Then I shot the Benelli.
The first thing I noticed is that is... smooth. I can't think of a better word for it. The action the edges, the way it shoots.
The design is the same classic pump as the 870 and 500. Only 2 features vary. It has a button in the slide belly that allows you to eject a round and NOT feed the next. Nice to unload. The other feature is the slide bottom covers the load chamber, helping to prevent drop feed jams.
