ARES Defense SCR

I was reading American Rifleman about an AR15 that is legal in all 50 states.

It does not have all the features that make AR15's so scary for the uniformed. No pistol grip, bayonet, flash hider or shoulder thing that goes up. 

--It is black. Is this a black thing?

    You didn't check it out at Indy? Tsk, Tsk.

    And they have a model that takes 7.62 x 39 that is supposed to be very accurate!
