    plus the fact it is gimmicky crap.

    there is no Jovian Thunderbolt for your pistol, that will smite thine enemies with heavenly force.

    plus, I bet the DA or plaintiffs lawyer in a wrongful death suit will LOVE this round. Have the same ammo as the bailiffs in the courtroom.
